Attorney at Law

Johannes Birkenhagen grows up in the Hanover area and in Spain. He studies law in Hanover and Madrid with a focus on private international law. After his first state examination, he works as a research assistant in a commercial law firm in Hanover before completing a one-year master’s degree at the University of Amsterdam (Universiteit van Amsterdam) in European Private Law. He completed his legal traineeship in the district of the Higher Regional Court of Celle and in Hamburg. Before joining the MAHNE ı GERMANN team, he already spent the elective part of his traineeship at the firm.

Johannes Birkenhagen has a particular interest in international matters. Due to his education, which also included studies at universities abroad, he is business fluent in English and Spanish and also handles cases in these languages.
